Fire and Smoke Damage to this Vacant Building in West Tampa

Squatters ruined this room with cooking with a small fire pit. The bank owned property representative requested that we restore this fire damaged property before their contractors remodeling. We did some demolition to the walls and ceilings, removed all the debris, and then set up equipment for sanitizing and deodorizing the affected areas. We completed our work by priming the walls with a smoke and fungal product before passing it along for the remodel.
