Taylor was quick to come and evaluate the problem. Jason and Danny were great with communication and letting us know exactly what was happening with our mold remediation. They were punctual and courteous. Will definitely use SERVPRO again.

Paul and Steve were knowledgeable, able to explain everything to me, and prompt within their windows of time for service. The flooding was minimal, but it did not change how they handled the situation. I appreciate their professionalism and will call on this company again...but I hope I never have to.

For your info I woke up at 5am on Valentines day and stepped on to a soaked carpet. A water pipe broke while sleeping and flooded the entire house. I immediately called State Farm and they dispatched a representative from SERVPRO of (West Tampa). A young man by the name of Taylor. Very nice young man that did a fabulous job as did other representatives from this company. They were recommended by State Farm as they were on State Farms approved list of contractors.
